Classes are £2.50 and must be booked and paid for in advance.

Monday

Beginners Yoga – 12.15pm-1.15pm (not bookable at present)

Tuesday

Tai Chi – 11.15am-12.15pm – please attend the Hub to book

Fit for Life – (not available until after 13th September 2021)

Wednesday

Tai Chi – 11.15am-12.15pm – please attend the Hub to book

Adult Yoga – (not available at the moment)

Tai Chi

Tuesday & Wednesday 11.15am (maximum of 10 per class)

This class is perfect if you are new to tai chi and would like to give it a try.

Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movement.

This health promoting exercise is a great way to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and fitness.

Why practice tai chi? Tai chi is a whole body exercise that focuses on stretching and strengthening the body

Tai chi is an excellent way to increase relaxation.  These slow and graceful exercises have a way of relaxing the body and calming the mind.

Fit for Life

NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER 13TH SEPTEMBER 2021

Would you like to improve your health and wellbeing? Lose weight? Exercise more?

Why not join our friendly Fit for Life programme?

Fit for Life is a group session for up to 10 people, you will be weighed and measured in private each week, receive a weekly group talk from the fit for life team followed by a 30 minute exercise session.

£2.50 per session 

Beginners yoga class

Monday 12.15-1.15pm 

Have you always wondered what yoga is all about?  Come and give it a try at our introduction to yoga class.

This introduction class will teach you about correct postures, breathing techniques.  Yoga has many benefits, including strenghthening and toning your body, increases flexibility and also helps to relieve stress and anxiety through relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothing.  We have everything else you need.

Fat Burning Class

Mondays 2.45pm-3.45pm & Fridays 11am-12.00am

Have you always wondered what Fat Burning is all about? 

Come and give it a try at our Fat Burning class.

Fat Burning is a medium/high intensity combination of aerobic and weights session including standing core strengthening.

Please note this class is not advised for anyone suffering with any Cardiac problems.
